Located in the very heart of Jerusalem right next to the Old City and only a few minutes walk from Ben Yehuda, this beautifully refurbished luxury first floor apartment is around 1100 square feet. Set in a stunning period street of 19th century villas built for prosperous Jewish merchants, the location is once again one of the most desired neighborhoods in Jerusalem. Between 1948-67 it was border territory, and a museum regarding that period is just a few streets away.

At only two minutes walk from the light rail and several buses, three minutes from the Old City and a quick stroll to downtown, you definitely do not need a car. However,for those that do have wheels there is a car park 2 minutes walk down the road. If you want to travel to Tel Aviv, sherut service is accessible at only 4 minutes walk away.

The apartment has been furnished to provide a real home from home experience.

The master bedroom contains a Queen size bed with a stunning cherry wood closet and large mirrored dresser with very ample drawer space, an en-suite half bathroom is attached.

There is a second full bathroom with tub and shower.

In the second bedroom there are twin beds (with two further beds popping up from underneath each bed) again with a huge closet.

The lounge is large with two sofas and a TV. The dining room boasts a beautiful solid cherry wood table which seats six and also has a further triple seater sofa which converts into a full size twin bed.

The fully equipped new cherry wood kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, self cleaning oven, gas hob, microwave, electric kettle and dishwasher - so even gourmet chefs will be happy!

There is a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.

There is a brand new inverter A/C which is noiseless and has excellent thermostatic control.

The apartment accommodates up to seven comfortably. High thread count linens and plush towels are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
