Brand new resort offer 8 rooms in total, 4 units for Pool view suite and 4 unit for Mountain View Suite. All rooms face on the swimming pool with waterfall. Natural beauty greenery and romantic tropical flowers are surrounding.

Our concept is discreetly considered to get our guest to be in relaxed mode.

Modern contemporary style with nice selections of earth colors. In room feature living room where has sofa , coffee table and dinning table with 2 seat of wooden chair. The kitchenette come with full equipment such as induction , microwave , fridge , sink , toaster , kettle pot and pan.

There is a door between living room and bedroom. Entering into the bed room,it's also has a ceiling fan for our guest who would rather to stay in the fresh air or one air-condition that is also enough to sharing cool temperature to the living room as well.

Outside area has double balcony in the back side and front side of the room with two wooden chairs and over looking to the pool or mountain view for the rooms on the 2nd floor.

The resort is located behind the main vibrant street of Saiyuan area. Only a bit of going inside from the main street , keeps tranquility but also can be connected to business area. It's very easy to find a variety of nice restaurants , convenient store such as Lotus express , 7- Eleven , Bank , fitness gyms , pharmacies and the most beautiful beach Top 3 in Asia , Naiharn beach only 5 minutes by driving.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phatphong (the owner) a message.

If Phatphong (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
