Located on the Ayarpatta Hill of Nainital, the beautiful and enchanting Vienna Lodge is at 6800 ft. (2100 m) above sea level and is suitable for guests looking to experience life in the Himalayas. The exceptional feature about the Cottage is that it provides the peaceful solitude of the wilderness at just 1.5 km from the town.

The cottage has an excellent view of the town of Nainital and of the lofty mountains such as the Naina peak, the highest peak in Nainital, the Camel's back mountain and Bara Pathar. The Ayarpatta forest, right behind the cottage is home to a lot of wildlife such as leopards, deer, porcupines, langurs, and a wide variety of birds. There are short trails in the forest that allow you to explore the allurement of nature in its true and enticing form.

The Cottage is fully furnished and has 3 spacious Bedrooms with attached Bathrooms, a Dining room, a Living Room, a fully equipped Kitchen, a Veranda, a Garden, Private Parking and WiFi. Of course all of this with your very own little forest behind the house. The cottage can accommodate 6 adults comfortably with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional people. There is an extra room available for guests traveling with staff.

NAINITAL

Nainital is a popular hill station in the Kumaon region of the state Uttarakhand. Most of the town settlement is around the picturesque Naini Lake. Since the climate of Nainital is pleasant most of the year round, it is a perfect vacation spot for both summers and winters. The Indian summer as we know can get quite harsh and Nainital offers respite to the grueling heat with its cool summer breeze from the higher Himalayas. The winters in Nainital can be just as charming with the occasional flurries of snow.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
