The house is located in the beautiful historic town of Nairn, in a quiet street less than 100m away from stunning beaches. Perfect spot to explore the Highlands, relax on the beach or play a round or 2 of golf! You’ll love my place, it has been renovated recently and it's very cosy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space:

You have access to the entire Cottage.

The cottage is on 2 levels. The fully fitted kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom are on the ground floor. There are 2 reasonably sized bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds.

There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps one.

You’ll have access to the garden/area in front of the cottage. We will provide (kept in the outdoor storage) a little table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sunny days.

The house is well equipped with anything you might need. The furnishing and linen is top quality from British companies like the White Company, Joules, John Lewis, Anta.

We provide hand soap, Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from the Scottish Fine Soap Company.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
