It is south facing with a terrace opposite the boulevard that offers a privileged view of the Erdre (the most beautiful river in France) and activities inherent to it! Many shops at the foot of the building. A equidistant from the inner city and the exhibition center and La Beaujoire (10 min), to route to the faculties (UNIVERSITY of Nantes). DETAILS -Location priviligié, 50 m from the edge of the edre, bridge Tortiere, 1km Island Versailles. * Large bright appt with 2 bedrooms and fitted & equipped kitchen, separate lounge / living. * QUIET CAR OPPOSITE BOULEVARD * view on the Erdre from the terrace (top floor with light source) * well insulated thermally & phonically (recently built) * at the foot of the building of shopping: Crossroads contact pharmacy , bakery, florist, tobacco brewery, pizza shops, wine shop, hairdressers and bus stop ...
