The traditional-style stone villa Naousa is, as the name suggests on the outskirts of Naousa (1 600 meters measured from the center of Naousa and the small fishing port) on a hill with spectacular views over the bay of Naoussa.

The nearest supermarket is only 600 meters away.

The nearest beach - Piperi - approximately 1100 meters.

Naousa is one of the most romantic towns and villages in the Cyclades, many (fish) taverns provide the leiblihe welfare, but also for the peace and quiet is guaranteed, bars, especially around the small fishing harbor and old town, or even clubs with predominantly Greek music make for the necessary infrastructure.

Despite this proximity to these facilities allows the privileged location of the villa, it offers tranquility and a relaxing atmosphere. The garden is new and includes many plants and trees from Greece and Australia.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
