This 3B/2B condo is located in The Regatta, a beautifully landscaped, gated and guarded community just a block and a half from the beach and across the street from the Ritz Carlton. The Regatta has all of the features of a resort! Enjoy the beautiful lagoon style pool with waterfall and zero-depth entry, the lap pool over-looking the Bay, and the Jacuzzi surrounded by an oversized sun deck. Watersport enthusiasts will appreciate the Regatta's location on the intercoastal waters with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Regatta also has a fitness center, conference/club room and poolside gazebo with grills and covered eating area.

The unit itself has been recently updated with new appliances, granite countertops, air conditioning, tankless hot water heater, carpeting and flat screen TVs/DVD players in each room. New furniture and a ceiling fan on the lanai makes the view of the intercoastal waterways even more enjoyable. The unit is equipped with absolutely everything one would need for a Florida vacation.

The Regatta is located in the heart of North Naples which boasts world-class dining, shopping, and golfing. Enjoy the beach and nature at Delnor Wiggins State Park (3 min.), Corkscrew Santuary and Lover's Key (30 min.) and the Everglades (60 min.). Within walking distance is a fabulous park complete with walking/jogging trail, children's playground, basketball, and lighted tennis courts. Also within 1 mile: library, 10 screen cinema, ice cream parlor and large grocery store.

Why can't I call Anne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
