Il mio appartamento è nel cuore del centro storico ed è dotato di ogni confort per coppie e famiglie con bambini.

L'appartamento ha 1 culla a disposizione per i neonati, 1 sediolone, 1 sediolina con vano contenitore e costruzioni, giochi per i più piccoli.

NUOVISSIMO RISTRUTTURATO completamente, gode di tutte le comodità, con 2 balconi che affacciano proprio sulla famosa strada dei Presepi napoletani, Via San Gregorio Armeno e da qui tutti in 1 minuto ci sono tutti i Musei, le Chiese e le piazze principali che distano a pochi metri: Napoli sotterranea, il Cristo Velato, il Museo Archeologico, la Cattedrale del Duomo, dove ogni anno avviene il miracolo di San Gennaro e il suo sangue che si liquefa..custodito in un' ampolla. Inoltre gode di tutte le attrazioni proprio giù casa, dalle pizzerie famosissime, ai ristoranti del ragù, ai bar con tavolini all'aperto dove poter gustare le buonissime e famose sfogliate calde o il babà, 2 dolci tipici napoletani, il tutto accompagnato da attrazioni e musica piacevolissima; inoltre, a soli 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al Maschio Angioino che affaccia sul caratteristico Porto di Napoli, dove volendo ci si imbarca per le isole meravigliose: Procida che dista appena 30 minuti con aliscafo che poi prosegue per Ischia con appena altri 15 minuti di navigazione, poi c'è Capri e la sua grotta azzurra, con i suoi faraglioni e il fascino della sua piazzetta visitata da tantissimi attori e gente di spettacolo oltre ai visitatori che da tutto il mondo vengono per visitarla e qui bisogna assaggiare il tipico dolce: la Caprese...mitico, sublime al cioccolato e mandorle. Inoltre si può partire sempre dl porto di Napoli per raggiungere Sorrento, Positano e tutta la costiera amalfitana. Poi proseguendo e costeggiando il lungomare si arriva a via Partnope, dove si potrà godere di una cena romantica, ammirare e visitare il Castel dell'Ovo, imperdibile, per il panorama mozzafiato e la piacevolissima passeggiata sul molo e tra le imbarcazioni, oltre ai bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e locali notturni dove d'estate si balla in riva al mare, al chiaro di luna.

Why can't I call Liliana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liliana (the owner) a message.

If Liliana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
