Head to this villa overlooking a picturesque valley and a water reservoir on the serene outskirts of Nashik. With a pool, gym, steam room, massage room, jacuzzi, underground bar, wine cellar, the possibilities for entertainment are endless. The nearby farmland is home to exotic birds, rabbits, cows and ponies. If you’re a film fanatic, make sure you check out the private Dolby Home Theatre, where you can watch movies from the owner's prized movie collection.

- The ground floor living room offers seating and has a dining area as well.

- There is also a private sit-out. The lawn seats 20 people.

- The pool is accessible from 7 am to 9 pm and has a depth of 4 feet.

KITCHEN

- It is equipped with a water purifier, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and mixer.

- Crockery and cutlery are available.

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We are able to provide accommodation for 2 of your personal staff members at INR 3540/- inclusive of tax per head, inclusive of meals.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can play indoor games like chess, housie or cards. They can enjoy a good selection of movies at the home theater or unwind at the pool, gazebo or bar. At an additional cost, they may also relax in the jacuzzi or steam room, or enjoy a bonfire and barbecue.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

- The kitchen can be accessed at INR 2000 and includes basic masalas, oil, and a helper (not for cooking).

- BBQ can be enjoyed at INR 500 per person.

- Bonfire will be charged as per raw materials.

- Jacuzzi can be used at INR 1000 per hour.

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- The property is a bit secluded.

- The market is far, carry snacks if required.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights for 3-6 hours. The generator can also support all appliances.

- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.

- Security Deposit of 10,000 will be collected at the check in at the villa.

- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.

- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.

- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.

- Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.

- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
