A perfect retreat for wine enthusiasts, The Stone House in Beze is the closest you can be to your love for wine. Only a short drive from popular vineyards like Sula, Vallone and York, this artistically designed villa is spread over 40 acres of lush green land neighboring Gautami Godavari dam, making it an ideal getaway for couples, friends and families. 

Enjoy your glass of wine in complete solitude as you sit across a beautiful lake-mountain view, lounging in your private lush lawn.

Space:

Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor & 1 on the first floor)

- The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms

- Both the rooms have a “5x6” bed and can accommodate up to 4 people each with an extra bed (extra mattresses would be provided)

- Rooms offer a very scenic view of the lush green surroundings and the Godavari Lake

- Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:

- The living room offers a TV. 

- It gives an unrestricted view of the Godavari Lake.

Bathrooms:

- The villa has 2 attached bathrooms.

- The bathrooms provide geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

Kitchen & Meals:

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, oven, crockery and a water dispenser.

- Breakfast is complimentary for up to 4 people.

- The caretaker prepares basic meals at an additional charge of Rs. 1300 for vegetarian meals and Rs. 1500 for non-vegetarian meals, per person, per day.

- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Lawn:

- The villa has a huge private lawn.

- Lawn can easily accommodate up to 15-20 people hence, making it ideal for events and large gatherings

Guest Access:

- Guests have access to the entire villa.

- There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Home Truths:

- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.

- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.

- Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.

- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.

- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.

- This is a pet-friendly property. However, it will depend on the type of pet and the breed of the pet.

- The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests only.

- Pets are allowed on the property.

- The driver can be accommodated free of cost.

- Parking space available for 4 cars.

- There is a medical kit, mosquito repellent available at the villa.

- On prior notice bonfire & barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
