This Villa is a minimalistic, luxurious villa, with a gorgeous outdoor pool that overlooks lush greenery and a serene lake. The French windows allow a lot of natural light in, keeping the energy of the space upbeat and positive. The living area has a view of the pool in its beautiful, natural setting. The bedrooms all have hotel-style king-sized beds, and bathrooms are tidy, with 24/7 hot water supply available. At this villa, we are happy to offer not only free breakfast but, with prior notice, a complimentary tour of the nearby York Winery as well! With a huge lawn that can accommodate about 100 people and private parking space for 10 cars, this space is perfect for events as well. Whether it is a big event or just a small group of your favourites getting away, this villa is sure to offer you a time to cherish forever.

BEDROOMS:

- There are 6 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 

- AC and TV are offered in all the rooms. 

- All bedrooms have king-sized beds. 

COMMON AREAS: 

- There is a living room that overlooks the pool.

- The dining area can seat up to 10 people.

- Guests have access to Wi-Fi.

- There is a 2000 sq. ft. that can accommodate up to 100 people.

- Events can be organized on the lawn on prior notice.

- There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 15 people at any given time.

- The pool is 40x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

- Kids must always be accompanied by adults.

BATHROOMS: 

- There are 7 bathrooms - 6 attached and 1 shared. 

- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms. 

KITCHEN & MEALS: 

- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. 

- Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 people. 

- A complimentary breakfast is offered.

- Guests can choose to order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals as per the meal plan.

- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

ACTIVITIES: 

- There are indoor games like chess and badminton available in the villa. 

- Books and toys are also available for children. 

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 

- Pets can be allowed inside the property premises at an additional cost.

- Pets are not allowed inside or near the swimming pool.

-There is a secured parking space for up to 10 cars.

- A medical kit is available at the villa.

- In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa.

- Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool and on the terrace.

- Guests can stay connected to the complimentary Wi-Fi. Although, the network is subject to availability.

- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vi work fairly well here.

HOME TRUTH:

- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.

- Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.

GUEST ACCESS: 

- Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
