1BR condo (AC, 50'' HD cable TV & Wi-Fi & Netflix, full kitchen), with balcony & bathroom; it is perfect for a couple or a family or a group of guests; it sleeps 6-7 guests comfortably (max 6 guests, 7th guest can be child 0-1 y/o).

We love it here! We spend as much time as we possibly can here at Pico de Loro Cove Beach & Country Club resort :) We believe and hope you will appreciate this 1BR condo, compared with other available offers :)

PLEASE NOTE: we will do our very best to endorse you as accompanied guests, with access to Beach Club as well :)

Check-in Time: from 2 pm Check-out Time: 12 noon But if no other guests are using condo before you check-in or/and after you check-out (you can easily check that with me just before your stay), feel free to check-in (use the condo) as reasonably early as you wish, and to check-out as reasonably late as you wish (Pico de Loro rules are you are free to arrive, pay the entrance fee and use the facilities (pools, beach etc) as early as you wish, and to stay after check-out until 8pm is Ok as well).

Club Guest Registration Fee is not included in condo rate, it is to be paid by all guests to Pico de Loro Cove Beach & Country Club upon entering the premises; fee is good for stay up to 1 week. Senior citizens have discount on registration fee and on purchases within the premises.

Apartment is very disappointing

Stated as 1 bed room but this is definitely just a studio type. 6 adults and 1 child is too crowded and uncomfortable. Expect no privacy and sleepless nights. There was also a construction going on … More

We are glad to hear that Thessa liked Pico de Loro Cove as it is indeed a fantastic resort community to visit! As listing details and reservation confirmation stated, 1-bedroom condo of 45sqm with bathroom, kitchen and balcony can accommodate 6-7 guests comfortably (studios are of 35sqm in Pico de Loro Cove); pillows/blankets, bed-sheets, jar of drinking water, kitchenware, dish-washing materials, a hand towel and toilet paper are all included. Advice is to bring own toiletries and big towels, Pico de Loro beach towels are otherwise available for rent at the pools and beach. Caretakers and technicians are standby in premises and available 24 - 7 via Receptionist in same building; additional linen if required, wall clock AA-battery, Aircon condensed water drops dry&fix and new bottle of dish-washing liquid is of course available and within immediate reach of guests via Caretakers, who will be addressed accordingly to check status of dish-washing liquid extra thoroughly from now on. We will also consider obtaining better quality German kitchen spoons and forks. Thessa is possibly better suited to a hotel than a hosting environment; we wish Thessa all the best but would decline the opportunity to host her again. We thank Thessa for her point of view and would like to refer to other 80 plus reviews received from happy guests. We wish Thessa a nice day ahead! :)
