-The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pots of various sizes, the budget includes the gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer, Toaster, coffee maker and water.
-In the living room you can find a table with its chairs and sofa, a modern Led tv with receiver for terrestrial and satellite channels.
-The large and airy bathroom includes a shower equipped with top and side jets, Washbasin with mirror, a mobile TOILET and a bidet.
-Accommodation is equipped with every comfort climate, solar panels for hot water, heating floor, there is a window with mosquito net.

The House rules are few and essential, it requires respect for the property and especially to the next, avoiding the diurnal and night rowdiness either. Once in possession of the keys to access to housing is allowed at any time of the day/night. It is provided for the free use of equipment supplied, though their damage should be compensated. Pets are allowed subject to our approval and provided that they are not harassing, does not harm things, not dirty and especially do not constitute a danger to the safety of others.
