Hugging the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico at Navarre Beach, Florida, your dream vacation accommodation is waiting for YOU at Casa Delmar! The pristine beach is right below your HUGE 9 ft by 30 ft balcony with its world-famous sugar-white sand and clear, emerald blue-green water.

Relax and enjoy this immaculate 2BR/2BA upscale gulf front condo! Located on the 5th floor (unit #510) right opposite the elevator (one of four elevators in the building), it is spacious (1520 sq.ft.) and comes fully furnished. It can comfortably sleep 8 people with a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.With 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors, & a warm decor, you will thoroughly enjoy the relaxing ambiance of this beautiful property. A key pad entrance lock is installed on the front door, allowing our guests the freedom of going to the beach without the need to carry a key. Each guest is provided with an unique access code to this lock which is valid during the duration of their stay.

Both the living room & the master bedroom open to the wide spacious balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The gulf front balcony is extremely private. After a long fun-filled day at the beach, relax on the recliner (brand new) in front of the 47' 3D TV with BUILT IN WiFi (with a BluRay 3D DVD player) in the comfortable living room. In the master bedroom, enjoy the 32' flat screen TV (with a DVD player) from the luxury of your king bed. The bedroom has generous closet space with floor to ceiling mirrored doors. The master bath has plenty of counter space & includes a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is spacious to easily accommodate the 2 queen beds with additional room for a large closet with mirrored doors & a dresser. There is a 32' flat screen TV & DVD player for your entertainment. The guest bath also has a tub/shower combination.

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any gourmet meals that you may choose to prepare. All dishes,cutlery,stemware, grill utensils,pots and pans are provided so you may dine in comfort. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. The large laundry next to the kitchen has a new full size washer & dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner as well as additional storage racks. The AC unit was installed in Jan 2013 and gets serviced annually.

When you are not on the beach, you may find you will be spending a lot of time on the large balcony, listening to the sound of the waves crashing to the shore or watching dolphins play. In the evenings, relax on the comfortable recliners & watch the incredible views from your extremely private balcony. Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella are also provided.

While the sheer beauty of the beach & the Gulf will keep you enthralled, at times when you want to get connected to the outside world, the condo is equipped with complimentary WiFi access. You will also enjoy a covered reserved car parking space (#8A).

With over 400 feet of Gulf-front and only 106 units, the Navarre Beach Regency is the least congested condominium on Navarre Beach. The large Gulf front pool is heated seasonally (from first week of March to end of October) and there is a fitness center for use by the guests. For your enjoyment, charcoal grills are located at the east and west end of the building. The kitchen has a a BBQ tool set for your use. The local beach service will also rent out kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards. For those choosing to vacation here in the winter, there are many planned social activities & events so that you may get to know other guests.

Come and enjoy everything that Navarre Beach has to offer! Ranked 12th among the best 25 beaches in the world by TripAdvisor in its 2019 Travelers' Choice awards, Navarre Beach is about a four-mile long beach on the northwest panhandle of Florida. Stand ankle deep in the breaking surf to fully experience the colors, textures, and sounds of this amazing beach. Typical of Navarre Beach are pristine white beaches, emerald green waters, rolling sand dunes, and breathtaking sunsets.The longest pier on the Gulf is within walking distance and offers fishing, music, and entertainment. Destin and Pensacola are about 30 minutes away. The beach road and bike trail to Pensacola are completely open allowing a scenic drive or bicycle trip through the Gulf National Seashore. Make it a point to see the Blue Angels practice session while you are there too! We have great restaurants within walking distance.

Our unit is a Non-Smoking, No Pet Condo. Minimum rental age is 25.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Atula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
