Casa rural de alquiler completo. Limpia, acogedora y con unas vistas excepcionales del Parque Nacional de Cabañeros. Tiene capacidad para cuatro personas en dos habitaciones dobles, pero pueden alojarse cómodamente dos personas más en dos sofás-cama, uno en cada habitación.

Situada en Navas de Estena, 300 habitantes, a sólo una hora de Toledo y de Ciudad Real, por carreteras en buen estado que recorren un paisaje vistoso. Navas de Estena es el pueblo más cercano al Parque Nacional de Cabañeros. Disfrutarás al caminar por los alrededores y explorar los rincones del entorno.

Es el alojamiento ideal para desconectar, recuperar fuerzas y vivir la naturaleza. Limpieza, comodidad, tranquilidad, espacio, equipamiento, situación, entorno, vistas inmejorables, calidad... Perfecta para una escapada.

La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario y con muchos detalles. Decorada con buen gusto, y con todas las comodidades que esperas para satisfacer tus necesidades durante tu estancia. Tan cómoda que te hará sentir como en tu propia casa. Por no hablar de la limpieza, a la que damos la máxima importancia. Las vistas que ofrece la casa son todo un lujo. El Parque Nacional de Cabañeros se encuentra enfrente de la casa.

Se construyó en el año 2012, en el borde del pueblo, con las montañas del Parque Nacional de Cabañeros como telón de fondo. Cerca de un río, el Estena, a 1.500 metros. Acceso asfaltado e iluminado. Sin problemas de aparcamiento.

Superficie de 100 m2, más un porche-patio bajo la casa de 190 m2. Wifi. Calefacción individual por radiadores regulables por el cliente en todas las habitaciones y baños. Aire acondicionado por bombas de frío/calor en salón y dormitorios. Persianas, cortinas y climalit en todas las ventanas. Botiquín y extintores.

Sala de estar amplia con sofá cheslong muy cómodo. Chimenea de leña, televisión 32”, reproductor de DVD, DVDteca, juegos de mesa. Muebles auxiliares, mesa escritorio, lámpara de lectura, taburetes de barra. Ventana y balcón al exterior, comunicación visual con la cocina a través de barra encimera. Perfecta para relajarse después de un día de actividad.

La cocina está totalmente equipada. Placa vitrocerámica, campana extractora, horno, fregadero con artículos de limpieza, frigorífico, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, tostadora, batidora, cafetera, exprimidor, olla exprés, cubertería y vajilla. Muebles y utensilios de cocina, mesa y sillas para comer, tabla de planchar y plancha, cubo de residuos. Iluminación natural por dos ventanas, comunicación visual con la sala de estar a través de barra encimera.

Dos habitaciones dobles muy amplias, cada una con su baño independiente. En cada habitación hay dos camas individuales de 90 y un sofá-cama de 105, con ropa de cama para todo ello, dos mesillas de noche con lámparas de cabecera, armario, espejo, descalzador, perchero, mesa escritorio con silla e iluminación propia, portamaletas, televisión 32”, ventilador. Ventana al exterior.

Cuartos de baño con secador de pelo, toallas de lavabo y ducha, soporte para objetos de tocador, espejo de aumento, bolsas higiénico-sanitarias, amenities, taburete, papelera con pedal. Ventana al exterior.

El porche-patio bajo la casa tiene capacidad para varios coches, muebles de jardín, mesa de ping-pong, juego de dardos, barbacoa de carbón y piscina privada con hamacas.
