A fantastic self catering one double bed roomed penthouse fully furnished to high standards and enjoying a huge large sunny private terrace, ideal for sunbathing throughout the day.The penthouse is located in a block of four apartments in the residential Salina Mansions complex.

It enjoys an excellent location which is only 15 minutes walk from the nice beach of Bahar Ic Caghaq and the beautiful coast road which would lead all the way to St Julian's area,On the other side just 20 mins walk to the the Qawra promenade and the Bugibba area with its small sandy beach and the magnificent views of St Paul's Islands.Just a short drive of about 30 mins away from Malta's biggest sandy beach of Mellieha Bay. The bus stop is just 5 mins walk away from the penthouse and the routes can take you to visit Valletta the capital city of Malta or to the nightlife area in Paceville and the lovely fishing Bay of St Julian's which is just 3 miles away. Ferry boats are at a close distance in the neighboring St Paul's Bay where one can enjoy boats trips to St Paul's island and sister islands of Gozo and Comino. It is central to every amenity but at the same time it is away from the excessive noises of the city.

This property is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and modern day luxuries. It consists of one spacious double bedroom, one main bathroom with bath and shower within a glass door,a kitchen with all appliances and an glass dining table which seats six people. A bright and sunny comfortable living area where one can relax and watch cable TV. A large terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor relaxation and dining as it is equipped with a dining table with chairs,large rattan sofa and a gas fired barbeque and shade for the hot summer months.

We highly recommend the hiring of a car and there is plenty of parking space , including two beautiful restaurants Ta Cassia Salina and Charlie's Rabbit restaurant with walking distance 5 minutes away from the Salina Mansions where the penthouse is located. Both serving authentic international dishes and specializing in Maltese traditional food.

The Piscopo's a cash and carry store with daily fresh produce is located within a 25 mins walk from penthouse location catering for everything from meat. groceries to wines and spirits.The apartment is served with a lift accessible from the street level.

The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to each arrival, where fresh bed linen and towels are provided. We do not charge any cleaning fees however we expect that the property is maintained and kept clean and as if it was your own home

We highly recommend hiring a car especially when visiting in the hot summer days between March and October.

Special Car rental rates for our guests .We highly recommend Daniel's car Rentals in San Gwann with great rates on the island and best kept cars. They can even bring the car for you in front of the penthouse instead of picking it up from the airport which is easier and quicker instead of the hassle one finds until given the car key and an inspection done .

As always we try hard to make sure you have a hassle free stay. The huge round about on the coast road always give us some amusement since most drivers are trying to outrun each other . I just wonder why since this is an island and therefore there is no need to speed up . Looking forward to have you back here on the rock . Incredibly although we are so small there is always something new to see and do . In February we would have a long weekend for Carnival in cae you would be interested and Valletta would be a haven for color and beautiful floats .. Easter time in Malta would be great . How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Josephine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
