The penthouse has been finished in high quality standard and makes it an ideal home away from home. On entrance, one can find the spacious kitchen/living area. The Italian kitchen comes fully equipped for all cooking commodities including a dishwasher as well. The dining table could easily sit 8 people comfortably as it comes with an extendible edge that makes it ideal for a group dinner. Nonetheless, the sitting area is adorned with a comfortable leather sofa and a good sized LED tv. Wifi and Tv come on complimentary basis.
Moreover, the living area is spelt with natural light as it pours into a spacious terrace which is ideal for outdoor fresco nights with a good glass of wine and a cook out with the gas bbq. To top all up one cannot miss the magnificent city views that take your breath as you sit back and relax your stay here in Malta.
Additionally to all this comfort, the penthouse has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other double bed adjoining to it with an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have an inter connected back balcony ideal for drying out one's clothes. Moreover, the penthouse has a box room fitted with washing machine and yet another family bathroom with a bath tub. The penthouse comes equipped with air condition in both bedrooms and living area.
The penthouse is located a few minutes off the Naxxar centre, 5 minutes off around the corner you will be in the village core full of shops for any amenity.
Naxxar is one of those villages where village-life has survived and the order of the day. Any time you visit you are bound to see a few old men sharing a bench outside the Band Club watching the world go by and the vegetable seller with his truck parked in a corner of the square shouting greetings at passers-by while waiting for custom.
Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- for 2 bedroom apartment- 150KWh
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.
Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6months or even longer please ask for quote.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night
