Romantic luxury villa LIMANI of ca. 200 m2 is newly built in a traditional Cycladic style and perfectly suited for families and friends who love a modern and luxury living embedded in a pure privacy.

Villa is fully furnished with all comforts and a love for details and offers you 4 fully equipped cozy bedroom suites (for max. 7 adults and 1 child), 3 bathrooms, a bright living room with an open kitchen, a roofed outside dining area, a Superior-Jacuzzi (3,0m x 1,70m) as well as 2 comfortable lounge verandas with a stunning panorama sea view!

THE SPACE

The Villa LIMANI is located at the unique New Golden Beach area (Tserdakia) in the Southeast of Paros. It is close to the delightful seaside village of Piso Livadi, Logaras with illustrious Pounda Beach as well as Chrisi Akti with the exciting long sandy Golden Beach. This means you are in the heart of a quiet oasis, yet have quick access to various cafés, taverns, pubs, beaches, beach clubs, etc.

Villa LIMANI offers you a pleasant and specious home where the family can relax undisturbed, having escaped the pressures of urban living. A stunning panorama, 3 cozy verandas facing incline over Tserdakia and overseeing the Aegean See, a generous outside area of 1500 m2 provide plenty of space for any activities in an absolute privacy!

Driving on the peripheral road from the direction of Aliki, Drios or Parikia, Naoussa, Marpissa, a small country pathway leads you to the entrance of the residence. The entrance area is guarded by stone walls and beautifully designed and decorated with plants of buganvillas, oleanders and metrosideros.

You approach the building via a private path. On this level are the entrance of the villa, parking space for 3 cars and surrounding outdoor space. A slightly elevated imposing garden area on the right hand side with a numerous of olive, pomegranate, avocado and fig trees is designed to protect the guesthouse on its North side from winds.

The residence is situated in the center of the declining site and appears externally two-storey, with an out of sight but high-ceilinged and naturally lighted lower level.

On the ground floor level, you find a spacious lovingly decorated living room with an open plan kitchen.

The living room with about 27 m2 features a comfortable, relaxed sitting area, a handmade fireplace (only decoration) as well as books and TV shelves.

The open plan kitchen is carpenter-made with love to every detail by a local manufacturer and is fully equipped with household appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher etc.).

On the ground floor level, you also find a guest toilet including storage space with a washing machine. The living room and the kitchen have direct access to the roofed outdoor dining area furnished with locally produced wood dining table for 8 persons and a great sea view.

On the open lounge veranda area with about 35m2 you find a Superior-Jacuzzi (3,0m x 1,70m) for great relaxing times –one of the (many) highlights of the house.

The ground floor level accesses (via indoor stairs) the lower level as well as the first floor with its master bedroom.

The master bedroom “Ocean” is located on the first floor and offers maximum comfort as well as a sensational sea view – a place to enjoy privacy and relax. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable super king size bed 1,9×2,0m, build-in cupboards, ensuited bathroom as well as a private, 20 m2 veranda with a cozy sitting area, a panorama sea view and a separate access to the garden via outdoor stairs.

In the lower level (level -1) you will find 3 comfortable, naturally lighted high-ceilinged bedrooms with sleeping options for up to maximum 6 people and 2 bathrooms (one of them is ensuite).

The bedroom “Orchid” is equipped with a handmade super king size bed 1,9×2,0m, build-in cupboards, make-up place and an ensuited bathroom.

The bedroom “Mint” is furnished with the build-in super king size bed 1,9×2,0m, spacious cupboards, make-up place and shares the bathroom with the Junior Suite.

The Junior Suite offers a comfortable, 1,2×1,9 m (48”Wx75”D) single bed or alternatively a twin youth bed and is further equipped with a spacious cupboard.

GUEST ACCESS

You have full access to all living spaces inside the house as well as to all the outside area with its beautiful garden. A small footpath leads you from the house directly to the main road towards the beach. The sandy New Golden Beach is only 7min walking distance from the house.
