Dear friends, I am pleased to introduce our various apartments and studios in the heart of Nea Iraklitsa in a few words. Our premises are characterized mainly three things out: - clean, hygienic - renovated - fully equipped This offer specifically it is a studio, which is ideal for young families and couples. The studio has a living-sleeping area, which provides sleeping space for 4 people (double bed + sofa bed with room for two people). Moreover, there is an option a high-quality folding bed, possibility for an extra person. The adjoining kitchen has all the usual and necessary equipment. Especially in this case I would like to mention the washing machine to the oven, the refrigerator, the stove plates. All devices are fully fünktionstüchtig and in a sanitary condition. The adjoining balcony or small patio offers an ideal living and dining area, a social meeting place of all persons living in the household. There can easily find five people. The terrace is equipped with multiple seating and a large table. In addition, there is a barbecue the residents. The bathroom is complete. Here, the practical shower should be emphasized, which enables a fast and smooth transition shower after each visit to the beach. The room is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi. Like any of our properties, it is also cleaned this at every arrival and departure of our guests thoroughly by a cleaning service on site. Here warden not only linens and towels, so changed as bath towels and cleaned but also checks the overall condition of the apartment. Missing kitchen utensils, or defective devices are detected at an early stage and replaced. In addition, we offer our guests any time a comprehensive on-site support. On local outings to organized tours, please contact us at any time and help! Surcharge we offer an airport shuttle for the airports of Thessaloniki and Kavala. This is, however, to request immediately after booking the room. If interested, we arrange car rentals and charter boats (daily rental) through our long-term partner.
