It is located in a historic half-timbered house from 1750 in the old core of the fortress Dilsberg, which lies with its romantic alleys widely visible above the Neckar valley. The stronghold is over 800 years old and the holiday in this house is for young and old always a special experience. From the old castle you have a wonderful view of the Neckar valley, the Odenwald and the Kraichgau. In the House "Veste Dilsberg" is located on the ground floor a fully equipped new kitchen, furnished with a 4-burner stove and oven, a refrigerator with freezer, toaster, water and egg cooker, blender and cooking utensils. A wood stove provides on cold winter evenings in addition cozy warmth and coziness. Many images, a cozy dining area, an old wooden cupboard, in conjunction with the old beams of the half-timbered house gives a special atmosphere so that you feel right at home ...

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
