This delightful 2-bedroom ocean view house on the rocks by the sea is ideally suited for 2-4 guests (maximum 6). Both bedrooms are fitted with flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The "Coral" ensuite bedroom boasts; sea, garden and cliff views and queen-size bed with pillow top mattress. Bedroom "Breeze" features an extensive garden sun terrace, king size bed (convertible to two twins), and a separate bathroom. All bedding and towels are provided; towels changed daily.

Elegant and modern open plan living space; the lounge area has a comfortable queen size pull out sofa-bed, entertainment center with flat-screen TV and free wifi so you can stay connected to your world. Sea view dining area seats 6. French style doors lead you to the sun deck, where you can relax and listen to the waves lapping the rocks, or why not enjoy a sundowner or meal around the al fresco dining table. The kitchen comes with marble counter tops and fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make breakfast or whip-up an evening meal. Washing machine, dryer and fridge-freezer with water dispenser are also provided for your convenience.

Your private garden is the perfect setting for total relaxation; read or nap on your sun lounger under the swaying palm trees while you witness sea, sun and ocean breeze, catch some rays on the sun terrace or throw the BBQ on, walk the cliff garden for an unparalleled view… breath in, free your senses and meditate to the soothing waves and turquoise sea. When you're ready for the beach, head down to the Pool house, where you'll find a large infinity pool, loungers and plenty of shade, and of course the sparkling caribbean sand. Don't forget your snorkeling gear; this is a fish sanctuary and deemed one of the best places to snorkel in Jamaica. Welcome to paradise!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Benjamin Mueller and (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Benjamin Mueller and (the owner) a message.

If Benjamin Mueller and (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
