Villa Nirvana is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome located in the exclusive gated community of Little Bay Country Club. Villa Nirvana is an immaculate family home that was built with love. The furnishings are designed for pure comfort. Feel secure with around the clock security guards. The villa is steps away from a private white sand beach. Bring your snorkeling gear to explore the beautiful fish sanctuary. Our villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has ample closet space and a balcony. The half bath is located on the 1st floor and the 2 full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Cable TV, wi-fi, cards, and board games are provided for your entertainment. Bedding and towels will be provided. There is a 46" flat screen TV in the living room. The wi-fi password is provided upon request. We have central air conditioning with controls in the living room and both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each room for people who prefer fresh air. Zero-gravity loungers are available for relaxing on the balconies in the morning with a cup of blue mountain coffee.

You can't beat the location. You get the best of both worlds. You get the beautiful white sandy beach of Negril and minutes away by car, you can access the infamous 7-mile beach with tourist areas populated with restaurant and bars. You will be able to watch amazing sunsets over the ocean from the infinity pool at the club house.

Why can't I call Emily (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emily (the owner) a message.

If Emily (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
