It is a aparatamento located within the Pazo de Neira, building 1498, on 2 levels, with traditional and functional rustic furniture, on top of 2 rooms, one with double bed of 1.35 and another individual CO 2 beds , y1 bathroom. On the ground floor is a dining-kitchen and salt, all in one. You have access to a garden jpatio closed and a farm 2 hectares with fruit crops and vineyards. You have access to the car in the same building. Natural environment Biosphere Reserve, between Neira and Minho rivers, very well connected, located 17 km equidistant from Lugo, Sarria and Portomarin, near the Camino de Santiago (Frances) features fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster , etc. Fluvial beach and nearby swimming pools, sports center, health center, shop etc

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If PEDRO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
