The Farm is situated on the nelson's BikeTrale. An ecological interactive farm stays, offering an unforgettable experience of a Wellness Luxury Retreat.

First-class hosting in a newly built luxury accommodation in a rural location with a picturesque and beautiful view. It is quiet and relaxed, perfect to feel part of nature. An art exhibition displayed all year round and furniture collection is a new and old world.

The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean, an ensuite bedroom, a bathtub, stone sink and high-end quality taps. All overlooking a breathtakingly beautiful natural lake with birdlife all year round.

Enjoy the ancient trees and old woods, walk around the lake and be surrounded by ducks and native birds.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at flexible times and include a variety of farm seasonal, freshly picked, fruit, veggies and superfoods.

Dishes are accompanied by our own garden plants and eatable flowers. Discuss healthy diets with Liviu our house doctor and be introduced to a healthy lifestyle.

Available at all hours of the day - seasonal spray-free fruits and veggies, grown on the farm, organic ingredients, as well as deep bore aquifer water. A picnic basket can be prepared for your day trip.

Dinner menu - cooked with our own fresh extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemons from the orchard and dried spices.

There is a small gym room, spa, art porch to paint from. Walk or ride to Kina beach or Ruby Bay, you can rent our bikes and enjoy day trip adventures to the best wineries, cafes and amazing beaches.

Why can't I call Anna (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
