Villa Genevieve is a stunning three bedroomed (all with ensuites) air-conditioned contemporary villa and from every part of the villa you can enjoy postcard panoramic sea views. Furnishings are guaranteed to please as they have been carefully handpicked to an extremely high standard. The villa has its own private swimming pool, gardens, newly built barbeque and extensive terrace. There is also a further roof terrace with luxuriously appointed furniture - the ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down over Chrysochou Bay with a large glass of vino! In addition there is a heated spa seating 4/6 people situated between the palm trees - so sit back, enjoy the view and sip that vino!

Latchi beach and the harbour itself is well worth spending time at. There is so much to do in the local area, family favorites include watersports, boat trips, horse riding, wine tasting, walking, archaeology, or just relaxing on the beach.You may wish to also indulge in: mountain biking, bungee jumping, nature trails through the forest, visit beautiful local churces with stunning frescoes. The nearby Troodos mountain not only have spectacular forest scenery but also numerous winerys which are open to the public and well worth a visit. Nearby are the Baths of Aphrodite a magical pool formed from spring water nestled by a cave and crystal clear waterfall. Both Latchi and Polis have a wide variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, shops, banks and supermarkets on offer. The nearby Akamas peninsula is a magnet for nature enthusiasts, mountain bikers and walkers with its breathtaking scenery and attractions. This part of Cyprus has so much to offer.

Villa Genevieve offers everything you need in a villa - a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Free wifi available (our own internet not communal). Wide screen TV with satellite TV with both Sky TV and BT TV providing 40 UK channels, Catch-Up TV and at the last count 487 movies, a surround sound system, Wii console & games, ipod connection, dvd player, cd player. Master bedroom with king size bed and two further twin rooms all with ensuites and all benefit from own private balconies. The rooms are spacious and contemporary in presentation.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

    If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
