GALINI, meaning serenity and calmness, is a penthouse apartment on the 4th floor in a relatively new apartment complex of 12 other apartments located in the village Neos Marmaras in Chalkidiki, North Greece. It is approximately 98 square metres that has two big double bedrooms that can host about 4 grown-ups and two kids. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with a big balcony and fantastic sea view facing South-West and a smaller balcony overlooking the village of Marmaras and Porto Karras, which is a 5* Holiday Resort and Spa. The apartment is furnished with high quality furniture and amenities.

The apartment can be used both during summer and winter season as it is equipped with fireplace and central heating. It is available for renting during the whole year.Television, air-conditioning and wi-fi are also provided.

It is located east-bound from Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport and the journey takes 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. For those interested, private transport can be provided. Or they can use the public bus transportation or rental car services provided at the airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kyriaki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
