Belle maison en pierre avec magnifique vue sur la campagne de l'Albret, la forêt des Landes et suivant le temps sur les Pyrénées.

Cette maison vous offre la tranquillité mais en étant proche de tout commerces ( Nérac 5 mn). Elle possède une piscine (8mx 4m et 1.50 m fond plat) chauffée de mai à octobre, un terrain de pétanque, une table de Ping-pong. Le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'une entrée, d'une grande pièce de vie de 70 m2( cuisine, salon, salle à manger), d'une chambre et d'une salle d'eau toilettes. A l'étage 4 chambres, une pièce détente avec un canapé clic-clac, une salle de bains et des toilettes. Cette maison est appréciée pour être très agréable, calme, claire et fonctionnelle.

Caution de 500 euros à donner à l'arrivée. Elle vous sera rendue à votre départ.
