Appartamento Belcuore B is a bright and sunny apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Belcuore B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. Appartamento Belcuore B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be at a short distance from the center of Nerano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 60 meters (200 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).

Appartamento Belcuore B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 70 stairway steps.

For a successful stay at Appartamento Belcuore B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 20 meters (65 feet), free of charge in a reserved parking space. Appartamento Belcuore B is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The apartments Belcuore A, B, C and D are part of a XVII-century building, which was built on the foundations of a pre-existing medieval building. Initially it was a house devoted to the cultivation of citrus, then became a summer residence of a noble family, then, for some years, it was the site of a nunnery. For this reason an area of the structure is still directly connected to a nearby church.

Today the villa is composed of several apartments that were obtained from areas that previously were the houses of the religious.

You will be, therefore, guests at a traditional old Mediterranean building overlooking the coast of Sorrento that is characterized by the suggestive coastal landscape where the green of the hills falls down into the blue of the sea.

At the villa you will find a large garden richly decorated with flowers and lemon trees. This green is distributed on three levels, as the typical "terrazzamenti" (terraces of garden) of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast. Throughout the garden there are more points for relaxing on decks or enjoy the view sitting on benches.

Part of the garden features a solarium and a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi that is equipped with sun loungers, outside shower, a toilet with shower.

Another area of the garden is completely dedicated to children with a playground with swings, slides and small roundabouts.

As a guest of the complex you will share the solarium, the pool and the other communal areas (playground, relax areas with umbrellas, tables and chairs) with other guests of Villa Belcuore.

Within the estate there is a restaurant where you can enjoy various dishes prepared with local products.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of October.

Garden

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed lemon and orange trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the terrace with the guests staying at the comp

How do damage deposits work?
