Brand new apartment , totally renovated in May 2014. It has an amazing location and stunning sea views from the terrace.

The appartment is equipped with everything you may need to feel at home: Air conditioning hot/cold , modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, keettle, etc. etc..., Free WIFI, Flat screen TV, Satellite TV. Best quality linen and towels.

Situated in Capistrano Playa, an award winning andalusian style complex, built in a unique location over Burriana Beach, the best beach of Nerja. The complex has exotics gardens, a lake, 3 swimming pools (one for childrens) bar-restaurant and a minimarket.

The swimming pool is only open in the summer time.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuel Leva Zumaquero (the owner) a message.

If Manuel Leva Zumaquero (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
