From the owner

A peaceful location, traffic-free but with its own private access and parking area, only 2 minutes' walk from the centre of Nerja – the Balcón de Europa. The apartment gives onto the beautiful communal gardens of Acapulco Playa, a private gated complex on the clifftop overlooking the Playa del Salón beach. The gardens have well-grown palm trees, a good-sized swimming pool, and spectacular views.

All necessary facilities: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, internet cafés are within 1-2 min walk of the building.

Wheelchair access is easy. A ramp has been built to bypass the three steps leading to the main entrance. Once inside the building, the apartment is the first one near the entrance.

The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, and there is a double sofa-bed in the living room.

PARKING: The complex has off-street parking on a first-come-first-served basis. Each apartment has a key to the barrier.

The apartment, on the ground floor of the complex, consists of a living/dining room with fully-equipped kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom and terrace. In the living room there is a double sofa-bed, TV with satellite channels and CD/DVD player. The bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom contains a medium-sized bath/shower, and a washing machine. There is an ample private terrace with table, chairs and sun-lounger.

AIR-CONDITIONING: The apartment has air-conditioning for summer cooling and winter heating.

WI-FI: The apartment has a wi-fi network installed. This can be freely accessed by guests.

Why can't I call Charles (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Charles (the owner) a message.

If Charles (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
