Comfortably furnished, this two double bedroom apartment is in Edificio Tuhillo, one of the most sought after 'casa de apartamentos' in Nerja. Constructed some 30 year ago in the traditional low-rise Andalucian style, this apartment's location can't be bettered.

Moments from the beach in a quiet part of town next to the Parador Hotel, a short stroll along the traffic-free Calle Carabeo will bring you directly to the centre of the old town and the famous 'Balcon de Europa', where many of the towns restaurants and bars are located.

This fabulously light and airy apartment is superbly orientated to allow the living areas and kitchen to maximise enjoyment of the outside space and sea views.

This penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor (no lift!!) has two comfortably furnished double bedrooms with plenty of space for clothes storage. Located at the front of the building, together with the recently refurbished bathroom, both rooms are fitted with roller shutters, air conditioning and fans to maintain comfort during the summer heat.

Recently refurbished, the bespoke hand-painted kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances, allowing you to prepare your own meals while enjoying the sea view.

Although the spacious terrazo-tiled living areas are comfortably furnished with a relaxing seating space as well as a 6-person dining area, the jewel in the crown of this flat is, without doubt, the full width and height sliding 'glass wall' enabling the spectacular sea views to be enjoyed throughout the year, from inside as well as from the terrace.

All the balconies of 'El Tuhillo' face south with wonderful views to the gardens and sea. We have recenty extended ours to maximise the outside space and it is now equipped with two sun loungers as well as a 4 person teak table and chair set so we can enjoy al fresco dining and the view.

Set on top of the cliffs with views along the length of Burriana Beach, the landscaped communal gardens boast a recently refurbished swimming pool with plenty of shade provided by the mature palm trees. The gardens and pool are accessed from the side of the building

Thank you for your comments. I am really sorry that the pool toilets were out of action during your visit, I totally understand the stairs are an issue, but I am glad you enjoyed the views once you made it up there. The pool and toilets are in the process of being completely renovated to provide better access for children and those with mobility issues.

How do damage deposits work?

If Vivienne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
