Pretty, small modern 1st floor flat with lovely view onto pool and garden. Lift. Air con. Suitable 2 people . Light and bright. Both living room and bedroom open onto sunny west-facing terrace overlooking pool. Super-central but in quiet cul-de-sac.'and in private off-street development. Terrific location; restaurants, beaches, shops and Balcon de Europa only moments away.Complex opens onto the pretty tree-lined Calle Malaga, with its many owner-run restuarants and tapas bars. This leads down to the sea (Playa Torecilla), and up to El Barrio and Balcon de Europa and two more beaches

Shared roof terrace for winter sun-bathing, with lovely sea and mountain views. (Pool open from April 1st to October.31st.) Free off-street parking available on a first-come first-served basis. A PARKING PLACE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Ceiling fan. Lift from ground floor to roof-terrace.

Terrace has sun-awnings, a table and 2 chairs, 2 folding lightweight beach chairs. Beach towels also supplied. Clothes dryer.

Very modern bathroom has a top-loading washing machine, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen area equipped with microwave mini-oven, hob, coffe maker, toaster and kettle. Small.hoover and cleaning materials supplied.

Suitable for those with minor mobility problems. Everything is close at hand, and it is extremely central so that little walking is required. There is sloping access to the building, and the lift goes from the ground floor to the roof terrace.

Perfectly compact and located

It was perfect. The apartment was compact. Well located to all the bars, beaches and bus station. Had a large swimming pool that was never too busy and was able to swim lengths.

Why can't I call Gaynor (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gaynor (the owner) a message.

If Gaynor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
