CASA 32, OASIS DE CAPISTRANO:

Our stunning garden apartment comfortably accommodates 5 and is set in the tropical gardens of Oasis de Capistrano, one of the most sought after communities on the east side of Nerja. Casa 32 is one of the most desirable properties in this location with beautiful views across the communal tropical gardens to the sea.

It boasts a large open terrace with attractive patio furniture, loungers and BBQ. Steps lead down to our private and safe gated garden.

There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin. Both bedrooms have A/C , ceiling fans & heating for winter evenings. There are duvets on the beds for extra comfort.

The open plan living room has bi-foldingdoors that ope to the terrace to take full advantage of the fabulous views. There is also A/C and heating , comfortable corner sofa and large rug for extra comfort. We have satellite TV including free SKY sports, movie channels, BBC etc as well as other European channels, DVD, Wi F interneti, CD / stereo system.

Also smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid box

The dining area has 5 dining chairs and an extendable table.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a hob/oven, new BOSCH dishwasher & washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, blender and microwave. There are plenty of cups, tableware, cutlery and glasses as well as picnic items ideal for younger children.

There are 3 pools within the community, one of which is a good sized children's pool, all are surrounded by large grassed areas and are a few minutes walk from the apartment. The grounds also have an attractive ornamental fish ponds with Koi Carp.

It is a 15 minute walk to Burriana cafe lined beach which has good facilities including children's play areas, volley ball nets, scuba diving.,snorkeling and pedaloe hire. You will find sardines and the daily catch grilled over wood BBQs aswell as the famous Ayo's, which cooks a huge paella over an open fire. The walk to the beach takes a path from the fantastically engineered aqueduct and through avocado and mango groves down to the end of the blue flag beach.

There is a large supermarket within a 5 minute stroll and a second a further 5 mins away. We provide a pull along shopping trolley, handy for those who don't want to use a car. The Supermarket also offers a delivery service.

Again within a 5 minutes walk, there are a number of restaurants and the centre of Nerja is reached by a 20 minute stroll which allows you to take in the fantastic intimate atmosphere of an authentic Spanish town. If you don't want to walk then a regular circular bus route (linea 1) runs around the town and a bus stop is less than 1 minute from the apartment,€1.

Once in the centre, there are an array of restaurants, local café/ tapas bars and the bustle of a uniquely friendly and relaxed Spanish town which mixes local culture with vibrant, but low key, tourism.

The apartment and community are very child friendly. There is a local children's play area about 15 minutes walk away and Burriana beach has several children's play areas. The community sports centre (including indoor pool) is 10 minute walk. The nearest golf course is a 25 minute drive.

    How do damage deposits work?
