A beautiful original Spanish 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town house with truly breathtaking open sea and mountain views from three sea facing terraces, situated on the lovely Punta Lara estate with great communal pool (with Lifeguard in season) including children's splash pool and snack bars/restaurants. Fully furnished accommodation available for both short holiday lets and long term rentals.

Kitchen:

Modern fitted white open plan kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, oven/hob/hood. Fully furnished with all usual kettles/ toasters/ pot/ pans/ cutlery etc.

Living Rooms:

Lounge with two 3 seater sofas, one being a double sofa bed. TV/DVD, there is a package to include some sky movies and some sky sports and news channels, plus normal TV. Terrace (12 sqm) with outside seating for 4, stunning sea/mountain views via patio doors. Air-conditioning unit.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobes and dressing table, bed side cabinets. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, draws and cabinets. The lounge has a sofa bed for additional sleeping if necessary. Master bedroom has a large terrace offering sun bathing.

Bathrooms:

Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower over second one with double sized shower stall, both with wc's and vanity cupboards. Master bed has the lower floor air-con unit.

Accessibility

The house is accessed via stairs from the parking area. Wheel chair users will not find this type of property suitable.

Outside

Three terraces, one on each floor and on top a big (40 sqm) roof terrace with open sea and mountain views. Outside seating for 6 on the first floor terrace (12 sqm), two sun loungers on the ground floor terrace. The roof terrace is ideal for sunbathing and for a drink and/or BBQ in the evening.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

The property is cleaned before any guests arrive. Hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and all usual bedding required is supplied. Beach towels are provided.

Why can't I call Ben (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ben (the owner) a message.

If Ben (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
