Recently championed with a Certificte of Excellence Award our new semi-detached three bedroom villa with two bathrooms, a separate toilet and laundry facility has the special ingredient of LOCATION - within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and the town with views to the sea and mountains. Anyone who knows Nerja will tell you it is in one of the most desirable residential zones close to Nerja Parador hotel and the family beach of Burriana with it's two entrances. So this means our guests can take a rest from driving (if they chose to do so) during their holiday vacation or short break. Most importantly too is that it has a view of the sea from the upper level terrace and the sun adorns all parts of the villa, terrace areas and private pool at some time during the day allowing alfresco dining during the days and evenings most of the year round. Modern comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen means you will feel "at home" as soon as you open the door. Wifi is provided free of charge/small office provided too for home workeres. Air conditioning is provided in all of the bedrooms and the lounge and there is underfloor heating so the villa is comfortable for all seasons. The swimming pool measures approximately 5 x 4 m so it is one in which you can actually swim rather than a plunge pool provided in many other properties. A point about the TV - this provides a range of channels including those from UK so in many ways this villa is an ideal place - a "home from home" in the winter months. IN CONSIDERATION OF ALL OUR GUESTS
- No smoking is allowed in the house itself
- If something is broken either replace it if it is of a less serious nature like a glass etc BUT If something happens which is more serious please inform us by telephoning using Marion’s mobile or EMAILING MARION so as to agree joint decision as to what should happen
- Report anything which is disturbing to you or needs attention – our handyman who can fix most things.
- Keep the doors shut as appropriate whilst you are in the property so that no unauthorised persons can enter and certainly when you leave the property at any time remember to lock the doors both at the entrances and the patio areas.
- No unauthorised guests are allowed as this contravenes advance Andalucian ID rules
IN CONSIDERATION OF NEIGHBOURS
- Do not play loud music on the patio areas or indeed inside.
- Parties are strictly not allowed so we suggest you use PLAZA TUTTI FRUITI area in the centre of town to celebrate – see map. Get a taxi to bring you back to the property – the rank is just by this very popular zone. We recommend you use our regular taxi team (father and son Miguel and Javier at any time during you stay. – WE CAN PROVIDE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER OF JAVIER ON REQUEST - he speaks good English - when you book tell them you are guests of Don Felipe and Marion If you use our recommended Nerja taxi service for your arrival we can arrange with the driver to escort you into our property especially if you arrive in the night time.
RATE NOTES
You will be able to take possession of the apartment on your first day at about 4 in the afternoon but we would also do our very best to accommodate an earlier arrival time. This depends on whether previous guests have departed on the same day. What is most important to us is that the property is cleaned and prepared ready for use by our managed and supervised team. We shall be able to negotiate your entry time by email /telephone nearer the time of your visit. If you require a supplementary bed, cot, cot side and/or high chair please let us know well in advance so that we can secure these for you. Some of these items may incur a rental charge but we will do our best to secure these free of charge. What is most important is that we know of your requirements prior to your arrival including the number of guests in your party. We will provide you with a telephone number in order to contact us at any time. Note electricity costs are not included in the price but we are fair with this and we only charge you for your usage during your stay based on a transparent formula.
