From the owner

This smart four bedroom two bathroom flat takes up the entire top half of its apartment building on Plaza Cavana, which is the small square with bars and restaurants next to Nerja's emblematic Balcon de Europa. The apartment has private terraces with sea and mountain views, where you can sit and watch the world go by. All four of the bedrooms have air-conditioning (included in the price) and there is also fibre optic broadband internet, plus Spanish and British TV.

Cafes, restaurants, beaches and shops are all on your doorstep, with everything in easy walking distance from the front door, making the flat ideal for couples or families.

Two of the most picturesque beaches in Nerja, El Salon and Calahonda are both on your doorstep, being just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The flat has private balconies from the lounge and three of the four bedrooms, with views over Plaza Cavana and the Balcon de Europa towards the sea. The main balcony has a table and chairs where you can sit and have lunch or just drink a glass of wine listening to the music from the buskers down on the square below. The kitchen has a west facing balcony with sea and town views, the ideal place to sit to get the afternoon and evening sun.

Neighbouring El Salon beach is down a gently sloping footpath and is ideal for families with children. There is a kiosk selling drinks and ice cream, sun loungers for hire, lifeguards in the summer months, showers and toilets. The beach has soft sand for the children to play in and the council hold an annual sand castle competition on the beach in the summer.

The flat is fully equipped for your stay in Nerja, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms (for cooling in summer and heating during the winter months), fibre optic broadband internet, Spanish and British TV (all included in the price).

The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, plus all you need to cook at home.

Some of the best bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. For food, Tripadvisor's Top 10 restaurants El Refugio, Gusto, Julie & Valeries and La Fuente are all within 100m of the apartment. For tapas the award winning Iberico is over the road, where you can sit outside during the summer months.

If you just want to stop for a drink or a coffee and watch the world go by, Kronox by the church is everyone's favourite and for spectacular views over El Salon beach and the glistening med, you can't do better than Cochran's terrace. A hidden gem next door to the flat is Marbella - you can eat or drink on the terrace on Plaza Cavana or go through the restaurant where you can sit overlooking the beach.

In the apartment itself, each bedroom is furnished with double or twin beds and fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Three of the bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the private balcony, whilst the fourth bedroom has an opening window (but no views).

The family bathroom has a toilet, bath (with shower) and wash hand basin. The second bathroom has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, TV and dining table and chairs which can seat four (or six people when extended).

Please note the flat is on the third floor with no lift and as such is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is parking nearby in the underground pay car park and a taxi rank at the end of the street. Nerja's bus station is an easy 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Self Check In The keys for the apartment will be left in the key box at the entrance to the apartment building - we will supply you with the code and give you directions before you arrive. Please note you must provide passport details for all members of your group before arrival in order to self check in. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anthony (the owner) a message.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
