Description

Rest and relaxation in a romantic nature and demanding environments. Architecturally appealing built house in a large park with pond, terraces, sauna, pool. The house has an open floor plan with 131 square meters on five different levels, connected by a spiral staircase. The floors are heated floor made of natural stone and solid wood. From the parking lot you go through paved paths through the park. Over a bridge and a small covered terrace, the house is entered. Wind and weather-protected you can not just sit in the summer in the fresh air here. On the ground floor is the kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, hob (4 burners), extractor hood, microwave, Jura coffee machine, toaster, juicer, cups, plates, glasses, pots is so on the big red bar up to eight people to take. A dining table with four chairs designer is faced with the sliding door to the terrace. It can take off and expand with additional seating for six people. The room has also a stereo with large Bose speakers. A level above the ground floor is the TV room with a futon (fold 140x200cm bed for the 5th and 6th guest). A level below is the fireplace with a seating by Wassily armchairs. In the bedroom one level lower is a double bed with a mobile shielded decorative folding screen. On the same level there is a dressing room with washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer. The marble bathroom is equipped with a bidet and a large 2-person soaking tub with whirlpool function *. At the lowest level there is an additional bedroom with two single beds. The garden has many secluded spots, a barbecue and a bakery. It is accessible to a large extent on paved roads and is located in beautiful countryside on a ridge with views of the surrounding woods, fields and villages. By the surrounding flat Lower Rhine landscape there are huge sky with clouds fantastic images and sunsets. Sometimes you get the feeling that you might be a little fly! The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is located in a 170 square meter, tropical planted hall. It is not heated, ie it is (depending on weather) open from May to October, arrangement. It is equipped with an automatic measurement and chemical dosing station. The filter is flushed every week. Likewise, there is a small sauna with shower ** available by arrangement. The large park, swimming pool and sauna are used by two other houses together. Due to the very open architecture and the many stairs in BLUE HOUSE and the large pond with the narrow bridge the house for very young children is only partially suitable. * The disinfection of whirlpools is very important. We ask our guests to inform us upon departure if it was used. ** The sauna takes about 60 minutes to preheat and is specially dressed for our guests. Therefore, a prior consultation is necessary. The use of sauna is included in the price. One point of contact for all questions on the spot in the neighborhood and to achieve mobile. Organic vegetable garden: ripe vegetables, salads and fruits can be harvested charged. Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible depending on occupancy and prior arrangement. A cleaning fee is calculated and is included in the final price.

How do damage deposits work?
