Lovely apartment, completely renovated, in the center of Neptune just 100 meters from the sea. Railway station only 5 minutes walk from the house with trains leaving for Rome every hour with a journey of about 65 minutes.- The accommodation is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. In addition, the apartment has 1 mezzanine in the living area, accessible by stairs. MORTGAGE: the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The house is organized to accommodate up to 3 adults or two adults and two children, to whom we offer bed linen and towels, and is equipped with television in each bedroom. In the living room TV Led with Hdmi socket with Fire-Tv Accessory to watch movies in all languages on NETFLIX platforms, PRIME VIDEO, news from around the world and much more. Washing machine, clothes rack, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, espresso machine, crockery and kitchen linen. Each room is equipped with the latest generation Daikin air conditioning, extremely silent, fully automatic hot or cold function to give maximum comfort! To sleep: A room with a double bed and a 120x200 cm memory mattress. 20 is located in the loft area of the living room and is suitable for an adult or for two children between 6 and 12 years, while in the living room we find a sturdy sofa bed with very practical and fast opening with a comfortable 140x200 French bed with soft mattress memory height 17 cm. suitable for two adults to sleep comfortably every day! On request it is possible to add a bed for children or a cot for babies !. Leaving Casa you are in the main shopping street, All the services under the house: bars, pizzerias, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacies, churches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marcello (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
