Ludwighaus is situated in the centre of Neukirchen where the Ski Run ends and you are just 2 minutes walk from the cable car.

I offer this apartment for sporty people who like being active :)

The House could be rented by maximum 45 people. However, we provide rooms separately for an apartment for family or couples. Please contact me for further details.

It is situated in Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, a small village in the Kitzbüheli Alps 530km from the Hungarian border.

Ludwighaus,which has recently been reopened as a Sport Club, is located in the High street of the village.

We offer 12 rooms for maximum 45 guests in our constantly improving Sport Club HOuse with a breathtaking view over the mountains, including the 3662m high Großvenediger, which is the 4th highest peak in Austria. Each room has a private bathroom and in most cases a balcony too.

The reception and the kitchen can be found on the ground floor, just like the dining room, which is a great place for socializing.

Please note that a bar /disco operate separatly from the SPort Club under the House. This Pub is opened from 8pm til 2-4 am in the season. On Sunday and Tuesday are closed.

Ludwighaus is a typical alpine building which lies in the centre of Neukirchen am Großvenediger at the end of the Ski slope and 2 minutes walk from the Wildkogel's cable car. There are 2 floors where 10 available rooms waiting for tourists ( capacity of units from 2-6 people) each of them with own bathroom. Some of them have balcony as well where it's allowed smoking. Moreover, there are 2 apartments (rooms for 5 ppl with own kitchen ,bathroom balcony.) Reception and big dining room is founded on the ground floor which is excellent to organize events up to 50 People. Free WiFi , internet connection is available in the entire building. Special offer of the House is FREE SNAPS in 24 hours this winter.

House rules

There are 2 options if you rent the entire House or only rooms. In this case, you do not have pay attention to other guests.
We have a House lady who lives in the apartment and cleaning after you every day or every second day. (mainly the common areas) We look the main door at midnight, but you have a key to the main door on the room key set.
In the winter season highly recommend leaving your SKi equipment and boots downstair where is a side door to the garden.

How do damage deposits work?

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
