This unusual nature lover’s villa is one of a kind on Nevis situated on 5 acres of prime real estate a minutes drive above the Four Seasons golf course in a neighborhood described as chic funky by Maaco magazine. The views all around it are spectacular especially of the ocean and St.Kitts. Aside from the views the property has beautiful plantings and its own little rain forest path. Palm trees grace the 5 acres along with mango, flamboyant, orchid, jacaranda trees and a variety of other beautiful and flowering plants Truly a nature lovers paradise with abundant animal life including many birds such as hummingbirds feeding on the flowering plants surrounding the pool; wild monkeys are prolific and there are 2 pet donkeys, 1 horse, a dog, and a parrot, which are in residence. The pool waterfall and fountain sooth you as watch the gorgeous sunsets with a cocktail. Terrific hiking from the property and take the owners suggestions for many hikes elsewhere to view waterfalls, ruins and ficus tree groves. You can also challenge yourself to hike to top of the 3,200 ft mountain.

The owners live in a cottage on the property and act as your private concierge and can arrange transportation for your arrival including private taxi and boat along with car rental delivery. Many other services (some for an additional fee) can include first meal for arrival, grocery, liquor, shopping, sail and snorkeling arrangements, recommend restaurants, where to go, things to do and even a decorated Christmas tree. Also providing an insiders guide to little known secluded beaches. We are also able to offer, depending on scheduling, a first class chef for a romantic dinner at a very reasonable price, along with private massages also at the villa. There is also a gym just outside town . Just provide your wish list!

While the property is very private and away from it all it is a five minute drive to the best beach on the island, many different restaurants and beach bars, along with all the water activities and golf and tennis the Four Seasons provides, 10 minutes from town.and the airport. There are NO other properties that match these attributes.

    If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
