A pebble's throw from the beach, the cottage has a terraced garden with seating, barbeque and fabulous sea views. The New Quay beaches extend in a golden arc around the bay and are ideal for relaxing and strolling by the sea. Enjoy a walk along the front to the end of the Quay and watch the boats sail by or sit in one of the cafes overlooking the harbour and see the dolphins. Take a boat trip to explore the full delights of Cardigan Bay or spend a fun afternoon fishing for mackerel.

It is very important to us that our visitors have a great time in Wales and that starts with the selection of our properties. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and checked to ensure that it ready for the next guests. We introduced Rhianfa over 5 years and during that time it has received very positive feedback from guests of all ages. All our properties are graded independently by Visit Wales. Additionally, we conduct a feedback and review service with each customer, which scores properties out of 5. In the last year, just to give the most recent feedback, Rhianfa has scored 4.9 out of 5 We have received lovely comments such as "Very comfortable for all family including three generations. Beautifully furnished and accessorised " and "The games room provided great entertainment on rainy days. A perfect holiday home, we will be booking our return visit very soon." We try to portray the property as accurately as possible and include a range of photos and a description. We try to ensure that the customer appreciates the layout of the property, as we want our customers to have great memories of their visit to Wales. The description shows that there are 4 floors. The basement which is set up as a games room and in the property testimonials customers have commented that it is great for family entertainment. The main facilities of bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground and first floors. There is short term work currently being conducted locally that is out of our control and regret that the car parking was not as easy as usual and was difficult to predict. As for the 'bugs' there is a thorough clean in between each guests and there was no bugs when cleaned, also we would have ensured they were removed right away if we had been aware of them during the stay. We regret that any customer is not satisfied but will continue to work as hard as possible to ensure our high standards are maintained for all future guests. Kind regards Nia

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
