Get ready to experience a little slice of heaven! This Beautiful 1 bedroom-1 bath beach condo with panoramic views of New Smyrna Beach, provides the perfect beach vacation! Updated end unit on the 3rd floor which is the top floor of this boutique beach condo decorated with beach décor. The unit features comfortable furnishings, tile and newly added hard wood floors and overlooks the pool and beach. Comfortable King sized bed in master bedroom with large walk-in closet. Unit also has a queen size sleeper sofa with extra mattress padding provided so the unit will sleep four people. The condo is very clean and has it's own separate outside entrance. The pool and grounds are well manicured and maintained. Full Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and every kitchen utensil you would need to make your own meals.

Just steps away from the beach. Gorgeous ocean views from the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Outdoor patio overlooks the pool and beach. Feel the ocean breeze and hear the crashing waves from your bedroom window. HDTV in the bedroom and living room along with FREE internet access. Beach chairs and beach toys are also provided. 60 minutes from Orlando International Airport and the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from Daytona Beach airport. Shuttle services are available. Condo is walking distance from grocery stores and restaurant's and is just three buildings down from the popular Chase's on the Beach which features indoor and outdoor dining and a deck. Also, nearby is the famed Flager Avenue with shopping and nightlife

New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and is the preferred beach area of the local central Florida residents. Enjoy art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Historic Flagler Avenue hosts quaint shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Why can't I call Jodi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jodi (the owner) a message.

If Jodi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
