FULLY renovated 2 years ago!

New granite, tile, flooring, finishes....etc

Enjoy a beach stay in New Smyrna Beach and catch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the bulkhead at Chateau by the Sea! There is no visual obstruction of the gorgeous sparkling surf from this unit or this complex!

Located on ground level, you can exit your car and in 10 feet be in the front door. You can see the ocean from the kitchen, living room, or master bedroom. Out the back slider door is the large unit patio with grass separating you from the pool, just 15 yards away. A few more yards and you can sit on our patio overlooking the beach or take a few steps and play in the sand and water. Perfection!

THIS CONDO IS NOT HANDICAPPED EQUIPPED AND WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE WHEELCHAIRS.

This condo is the beach, completely furnished and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, designated high speed complimentary WiFi, HDTV, DVR, and 3 smart TV's. You also will find USB ports in every room. There are two recliners and a sectional (not for sleeping) in the living room for total comfort. All bedding linens and bath towels are provided. I also provide beach toys and a pack-n-play. The resort has a heated swimming pool in Winter, shuffleboard, and gas grill.

Chateau by the Sea at 3663 South Atlantic Avenue, has a beautifully landscaped courtyard with lush grass, palm trees, and blooming tropical plants. The courtyard has a large grassy area which separates the pool from the units. The unique 'U' shape of the complex gives a very private homey feeling. There is an onsite management team keeping the complex neat and clean daily. Our condominium community boasts a family friendly atmosphere with the largest property and the lowest density of units. Kodak moments in all directions just waiting for you from the bright sunrise to the moon shining crystals on the ocean surf.

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the condo. Restaurants in New Smyrna Beach are plentiful and offer a wide range of choices, everything from a quick bite to some of the finest dining on the Florida coast. A short 3 mile drive will take you to Flagler Avenue for great specialty shops. The local Theatre, as well as great 5 star restaurants, are just as close. If you visit during a NASA launch, it can be seen easily from the complex! All of these amenities, topped by gorgeous beaches and a near perfect climate, make New Smyrna Beach a great vacation destination.

New Smyrna Beach was voted “Best Beach in Florida,” by readers of Florida Monthly Magazine. Many enjoy sunning, beach combing, windsurfing, sailing, surf fishing and other activities. It’s also a great place for those who want to learn more about Florida’s diverse ecology, where boat tours are available of the Indian River Lagoon. New Smyrna Beach is dotted with museums and performing arts centers and the weekends are filled with festivals and concerts. New Smyrna Beach was named one of the “Top Small Cities for the Arts,” and is home to the Atlantic Center for the Arts and the Little Theater of New Smyrna Beach.

Outdoor recreation is a way of life in New Smyrna Beach, with everything from swimming and scuba diving to golf and hiking. However, the beaches are the top draw for this beautiful island town. It has more than 13 miles of pristine white sand beaches with an additional 24 miles of coastline at nearby Canaveral National Seashore, which is located on the south end of the island.

This complex is right next to the beautiful 27th Avenue Beachfront Park. Amenities at the 3.4-acre park include a boardwalk, basketball and racquetball courts, picnic area and pavilion, fishing and swimming on the beach, restrooms, natural beach area and a children's playground. Across the street is a 7/11 and an Ice Cream shop!

So much to do in NSB ~ the whole vacation package without the amusement park. Truly, the old Florida we all love! But don't be fooled, Port Orange is just 10 miles away if you want to take in a movie or shop until you drop.
