The convenience of being able to walk out the back door of the condo without hauling everything down an elevator made this our first choice. Our condo is comfortably furnished first floor unit and by far the most convenient oceanfront condo unit in the SeaCoast complex.

Grocery store , Beauty salon , Fitness Gym and 3 restaurants right across the street.

New Smyrna is a beach town that has managed to keep its quant small beach town identity while offering beautiful white sandy beaches kissed by sparkling blue water. Our first floor ocean front condo is located on the non-drive on portion and only a few minutes from Flagler Avenue where you will find shopping, art galleries, restaurants and nightspots.

The non-drive beach offers a safe place for the little ones to play in the sand while you enjoy the exclusivity of the beach without noisy cars and stinky gas fumes.

NO elevators to travel just WALK Out of the PATIO DOOR and you are at the beach. BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, BOOGIE BOARDS AND SAND TOYS - All Provided For You.

Want to come off of the beach and enjoy the pool? That too is right outside the patio door. The shuffle boards and barbecue grill, yep you guessed it right outside of the patio door.

An up graded kitchen, cable and internet provided, adds a home away from home touch. One other amenity that makes our unit special

The golfing enthusiast will find the LPGA Headquarters and golf course 20 miles north, in Daytona Beach and many affordable and challenging courses within 10 miles of the beach.

The only thing our unit is missing is you and your family.

My name is Elena and I live in Longwood, Florida. My husband and I along with our three grown children and now grandkids have enjoyed coming to New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. I have been a host on TripAdvisor for 7 years and I enjoy every minute of it. I am completely hands on and I don’t outsource anything other than the cleaning. Great location and very clean

We really enjoyed our two weeks at SeaCoast 101. Out condo was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to restaurants, and local attractions. Looking forward to a return visit next February.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elena (the owner) a message.

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
