**** COMPLETE RENOVATION - *** All new furniture, flooring, kitchen cabinets, paint, trim, doors, bathrooms, window treatments/shades, beds, lighting, kitchen appliances, flat-screen TVs, linens, you name it! Nothing went untouched.

NEW CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTS IN 2023! - New metal roofing, new paint, new lighting to the entire complex, new tennis court resurfacing, new landscaping, and new pool furniture. Seawall and beach walkover coming in late 2023/early 2024.

Walk out the porch door & a few steps later you are on the vast expansive beach (NON-DRIVING SECTION)! This modern townhome (with a full basement living area) is a perfect getaway for couples and families. Picturesque views of the Atlantic from the den, master bedroom, & the only screened porch in the development. This small, quiet 12-unit complex features rare townhome living with a private pool, tennis court, & garage parking for one vehicle. Three total BRs are upstairs (2 have King beds and the other bedroom with twin beds). A rec room is on the basement level along with an additional BR (with bunk beds & a completely renovated full bath). Open, bright, cozy, with lots of light - a true beach home. Modern appliances & a washer/dryer. The unit has high-speed wireless internet & cable TV. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have televisions. The den, bonus room, master bedroom, and the other two bedrooms upstairs have flat-screen LED TVs.

The development is very small - only 12 units (very private). With the location of our particular unit being as it is (in the very front), you feel like you are the only one in the complex.

Seawinds is located very close to many popular attractions along the Atlantic & Central Florida region including Disney, NASA, St. Augustine, & Daytona racing. 78 miles (door to door) to the Orlando International Airport. 45 miles to Sanford International Airport. 121 miles to Jacksonville airport.

New Smyrna Beach is a beautiful city that is nestled among the moss-draped trees along the shores of the picturesque Indian River in Volusia County. It’s located on the central east coast of Florida, surrounded by bodies of water; the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the Intracoastal Waterway to the west, and Mosquito Lagoon in between the two. New Smyrna Beach is a laid-back coastal community; free of the crowds and noise that plague other Florida beaches.

With a vibrant history, New Smyrna Beach has the distinction of being the site of the largest single attempt at Colonial settlement in the U.S. Dr. Andrew Turnbull, a Scottish physician, and entrepreneur established a colony along the west bank of the Indian River in 1768. Today, the town of New Smyrna Beach is home to approximately 21,000 permanent residents who welcome visitors to their island town.

It’s a small town full of southern charm and home to a vibrant historic downtown and beachside shopping boutique, a multitude of parks and outdoor recreation possibilities, and just a short drive to other Florida attractions such as Daytona Beach, Disney World, Canaveral National Seashore, and the Kennedy Space Center.

Please kindly DO NOT inquire about this property if your party exceeds 8 persons. Having more than 8 places a strain on the amenities of condo development and the unit as well. Many other places in New Smyrna Beach can accommodate your needs. Having more than 8 can be a basis for forfeiting your rental deposit.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern time. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. Please do not request early check-ins or late departures. It will not be granted. We are generally on a tight schedule with guests coming and going on the same day and we want to have ample time to clean the condo the way it needs to be cleaned with all the proper safety protocols. The change-over day is always Saturdays in the summer (and generally throughout the year).

Additionally, DO NOT inquire about this listing (or book it) if you intend to have a bachelor/bachelorette party OR a gathering place for additional friends and relatives who are not in your primary group staying at the condo. This is not the community for such events. Seawinds is a quiet place made up of individuals and families - several of whom are full-time residents. THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING FOR THIS REQUEST.

How do damage deposits work?
