New Owners! Spacious ground floor unit located within walking distance of the white sandy beach. Lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo close to the main pool, the path to the beach, clubhouse, tennis courts, and nature walking paths. Large living room with updated furnishings, sleeper sofa, 2 comfy armchairs (1 is oversized with ottoman), flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliders to the screened-in lanai. The covered lanai looks out to lush tropical landscaping and is a great place to enjoy a meal. There is a fully equipped kitchen, an updated refrigerator with an icemaker, and plenty of counter space to create your favorite Florida cuisine. The dining room has an updated table with seating for 6. The bedroom features two new full-size beds, a new dresser and nightstand, flat-screen TV with a DVD player, sliders to access the lanai, and access to the full bath with a tub/shower. A large vanity with a mirror and sink can be closed off from the full bath.

This unit features Roku TV, high-speed internet, a full-size washer and dryer, and all linens are provided. Pet Friendly, please no cats.

We've also provided everything you need for a day at the beach–chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, sun canopy, boogie, and skim boards. There are also tennis racquets/balls and pickleball rackets.

Walk to the shopping center for groceries, one-of-a-kind restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a gift shop! The Sea Woods Community offers some of the best amenities on beachside which include:

Within the community, you and your guests can fill up your free time by using the diverse amenities onsite, which provide a variety of options for fun sports, outdoor recreation, and restful pampering during those moments in between exploring New Smyrna Beach.

Go for a refreshing dip or lounge poolside and soak up the sun at one of the three pools that Sea Woods has to offer, one of which is heated seasonally. Burn off some energy or keep up your beach body by using the exercise room, then wind down afterward in the sauna. Challenge your guests to a little friendly competition, whether on the three shuffleboard courts, two racquetball courts, two pickleball courts, or the two tennis courts located onsite. Spend time in nature, exploring the bike paths and nature trails that weave their way throughout the community.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

This is a pet friendly condo. It was across the street from the beach. It was clean & comfortable. It was supposed to have a pool but the one closest to us had been drained.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
