This rental comprises 7,500 sq ft and includes the top two floors of a 10,000 sq ft Mediterranean style stucco residence on 6 acres with 500 ft of pristine frontage and views of the Merrimack River. Perfect for large groups staying for 14 nights or more!

A covered portico parking area leads directly through double carved wooden doors that open up to a 3 story entrance hall with a coat stand, marble floors, live plants, crystal chandelier, dual wrought iron stairways, baby grand piano, live plants, three automatic skylights and four ceiling fans.

Through French doors to the left is a formal family room with a comfortable microfiber sectional with two recliners. To the right is the formal dining room with wooden built in cupboards and oak table with seating for eight. Straight ahead to the left is a fully tiled half bath with vanity and toilet and a coat room directly opposite. Followed by another family room with wood burning fireplace,TV, occasional chairs and six seat leather pull out couch and recliner.

The open plan kitchen which has two islands, two ovens and two microwaves, two dishwashers, a garbage disposal and trash compactor, fridge, toaster oven and smooth top range adjoins the family room. A pantry with two freezers and plenty of storage leads off the kitchen and a back door leads past a bay area with a rattan table and seating for four to the enclosed back porch and open wrap around deck which house barbecue grills, hammocks and patio furniture.

Down the hall is another fully tiled bathroom, office and a 500 sq ft bright and sunny studio with it's own fireplace, separate entrance, mud room, queen size bed, double futon, leather couch, office desk and flat screen television, 9-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring, air-conditioning, baseboard heating.There is also a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle and toaster. A parking area for four vehicles is right outside.

Dual carpeted staircases with wrought iron railings lead up to two separate entrances to the spacious 800 sq ft second floor master suite with it's own private balcony overlooking the landscaped garden and river. Large windows and a jetted corner tub are designed to take full advantage of the sunny location and view.

Also featured is a queen double bed with overhead ceiling fan and solid wood headboard with mirrors, drinks cabinet, storage on both sides, reading lights etc. A matching 9 drawer dresser and mirrors, single day bed, double futon, writing desk, cozy working fireplace, wall to wall carpeting and area rugs, custom drapes, fresh linen and towels, air-conditioning, baseboard heating, coat and luggage stand, wireless internet and cable television with built in CD player and SD card slot.

His and her dressing rooms lead off to on suite tiled bathrooms one with a tub and hand held shower and the other with a shower.

Recessed ceiling lights with some on dimmer switches add to the overall ambiance. A double French door leads to a private balcony with patio furniture and umbrella.

Three other rooms each with full size double beds, another bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer are also included in this rental.

A covered and screened patio area and huge open deck overlooks landscaped gardens and the Merrimack river.

Two hammock's, patio and picnic furniture, directors chairs, umbrellas, gas and charcoal grills and a 15ft Grumman aluminium Canoe are also available.

Large outdoor grassy fenced in area.

Situated on a quiet cul de sac in a safe and friendly neighborhood with plenty of off street parking. Please no parties or events. Speed limit in the neighborhood is 30 mph.

Wild and bird life abounds with fishing on site and nearby. Whale watching, deep sea, party boat and charters readily available.

Restaurants, Banks, Doctors, Dentists, Worship, Movie theaters, Bars, Grocery stores, Gym's, Yoga, Spa's, Tanning Salon's, Fast foods and fine dining, tennis courts, ice skating rink etc within a few miles.

Easy highway accessible tax-free New Hampshire and Kittery, Maine factory outlets shopping.

Beaches, Wildlife refuges, State parks and reservations within 10 miles.

Local farms and farmers markets provide the freshest produce.

The owners are on-site in a separate in-law apartment and available to answer any questions and provide recommendations either personally or by email or phone.
