This stone cottage is close to the village of Backbarrow near to Newby Bridge and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.Yew Cottage is a stone cottage situated close to the village of Backbarrow just one mile from Newby Bridge in Cumbria. The cottage can sleep eight people in four double bedrooms all of which are en-suite. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Yew Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore this fabulous part of the country.

Amenities: Bio-mass central heating with ground floor underfloor heating and woodburner. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 5 x Smart TVs with Freeview, (1 in sitting room and 4 in bedrooms) Blu-ray, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Private enclosed patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Note: Fishing available on the estate tarn/lake at certain times of the year by prior arrangement with owner. Environmental license required. Note: Due to tarn/take on-site and hot tub, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There are also stone steps from the front door down to garden. Note: WiFi suitable for browsing only. Note: Max 8 guests and 1 infant. Check in and check out days are Fridays and Mondays only.
