This semi-detached cottage on a livestock farm in Brongest near Newcastle Emlyn sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.Ysgubor Isaf is a semi-detached cottage on a working livestock farm in the hamlet of Brongest near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage has two ground floor double rooms, one with en-suite, a king-size double with en-suite on the first floor, and a twin room with en-suite, which can be offered as a fourth double on request. There is a family wet room on the ground floor. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining areaand a comfy sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture, and the opportunity to see the owners' prize-winning livestock by prior arrangement. Ysgubor Isaf offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy all the sights and sounds of a farm holiday but in luxury quality accommodation.

Electric range cooker with halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. There is a ruined castle and beautiful countryside close by, plus the Cardiganshire coastline is just 10 miles away. There are many attractions within driving distance, making Newcastle Emlyn an ideal base for a holiday in this part of Wales.
