This end-terrace barn conversion is near Newcastle Emlyn and sleeps three people in two bedrooms.A part of Blaenwenllan Cottages which sleep 11 that can be booked together under Refs. 943680 and 943687.Oak Cottage is a fantastic end-terrace barn conversion surrounded by countryside near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, a double with a balcony where you can enjoy the views, and a single room. There is also a shower room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area and a conservatory with comfy seating. Outside there is allocated off road parking for one car, plus a visitor space, and there is a small enclosed patio garden. Oak Cottage provides a delightful getaway for a couple or a small group.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, communal laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cupboard and freezer (one drawer per property). TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated off road parking for 1 car, plus 1 visitor space. Secure bike storage on request. Bike washing area. Balcony with seating. Small enclosed patio garden with hot tub. Two well behaved, fully house trained dogs welcome and no puppies under 1 years. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is a small enclosed garden space for dogs, however they can be exercised on a lead in the garden to the front of the property. Surrounding Newcastle Emlyn is beautiful countryside, whilst the rugged Cardiganshire coastline is just six miles away, where you have the opportunity to visit Cardigan Island Farm Park, wonderful sandy beaches, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals at New Quay.
